Ion Getter Pump Power Supply

Our getter pump power supplies are designed for a maximum output current of 2 mA. This means that the supplies are suitable for environments that do not request full pumping power at severe gas loads. The design is made for keeping vacuum in flight tubes and inlet systems with lower gas loads.

After the unit has been switched on, the output voltage will automatically be increased until the maximum allowed current is reached. At this point the unit stands by, waiting for the current to drop as the system is pumping down. The voltage will then be further increased to a maximum voltage of 5.5 kV. At this point the overload protection is activated making sure that the unit will switch off, if the maximum output current will be exceeded for longer than 30 seconds.

These features makes it the ideal choice for all kinds of mass spectrometers. Different connectors can be fitted on requested.
